About me
I am a HCPC Dramatherapist dedicated to inclusive facilitation that nurtures well-being through creative practices. Using a blend of drama, music, and dance, I create safe, supportive spaces where individuals of all ages and abilities can explore their emotions, build confidence, and connect with others. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to express themselves fully, and I adapt each session to meet the unique needs of clients and participants, including those who are neurodiverse, learning disabled and living with dementia. My work is guided by empathy, creativity, and a commitment to fostering personal growth and resilience through the use of drama, story telling, music and movement and improvisation.
Experience
With hands-on experience in school placements, NHS settings, and community organizations, I’ve worked alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for my clients. My work includes facilitating drama workshops that foster self-expression, confidence, and emotional regulation for people with diverse needs and backgrounds collaborating with Spare Tyre participatory theatre company, Access All Areas, Tramshed and Barbican centre. I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, using clinical supervision and CPD to refine my skills and enhance my practice.
